Viatous organises skill competitions involving products offered with partner brands. Each participation gives access to a challenge. Among eligible participations, the fastest correct answer wins the product. No chance involved. Viatous creates and administers the competitions; participants do not publish goods for sale.
The Terms of Service and each competition’s conditions govern use of the service. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, and the Cookies Policy describes the tools used and your choices. Advertising consent is optional and separate from acceptance of participation conditions.

A progressive migration of application servers to a European Union region (Paris or Belgium) is planned. Users will be notified by email when this migration becomes effective. Technical details are set out in the Privacy policy, Hosting and security measures section.
Email delivery: Amazon SES sends platform emails, separately from media storage on S3.
Site protection: Cloudflare helps protect access and filter abusive requests. This service is separate from application hosting and media storage.
Intellectual property
The Viatous brand, interfaces, texts, images, databases and other platform elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. They belong to Viatous or their respective rights holders. Third-party software, fonts and other resources remain subject to their licences.
Brand names, logos, descriptions and images remain the property of their respective rights holders. Content supplied as part of a partnership is used in accordance with the permissions granted to Viatous. Some publicly available information, including public promo codes, may also be presented to inform users.
Unauthorised reproduction, exploitation or extraction is prohibited, subject to uses permitted by law. Displaying a brand, a public promo code or a link does not imply a partnership unless it is expressly identified on the platform.
Report content: if text or an image infringes your rights, email [email protected], identifying the content, its address and the reasons for your report. Viatous reviews the request and takes appropriate action.
Personal data
The Privacy Policy describes the data used for accounts, participations and their challenges, payments, abuse prevention, prize follow-up, partner gems, unlocked benefits and assigned codes. It explains the purposes, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.

Cookies and trackers
Viatous uses cookies and storage needed for sign-in, remembering your choices and operating the service. Separate safeguards secure payments and limit automated access or abuse.
On the web, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising tools require your prior consent. You can refuse them without losing access to essential features. Umami separately measures site traffic without advertising cookies.

Liability
Viatous creates, checks and administers the competitions presented on the platform. Partner brands guarantee product availability and arrange shipment or handover under the agreement with Viatous and the competition conditions. Responsibilities and the handling of participations, results and delivery are described in the Terms of Service and competition rules.
Viatous strives to maintain accurate information and service availability. Interruptions may nevertheless occur, including maintenance or technical incidents. Report errors or difficulties to support so they can be reviewed.
Participation does not guarantee a prize. Eligible free and paid participations follow the same skill-based rule: the fastest correct answer wins the product. No chance involved. Ranking and eligibility checks determine the outcome under the applicable rules.
Externally linked sites are operated by their own publishers. This information does not restrict users’ mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies without depriving consumer users of any more protective mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined under the rules applicable to the dispute.
You can submit a complaint to [email protected] for review and an attempt at amicable resolution. Support handling is separate from consumer mediation.
Consumers may use consumer mediation free of charge under the conditions provided by law. Details of the mediator appointed by Viatous remain to be completed.
