Transparency is part of how Viatous competitions operate. Each participant can track the status of their entry and access the verification information made available by the platform.
A ranking based on clear rules
After a competition closes, only entries that completed the challenge and answered correctly within the applicable time limits are ranked.
Among them, the entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the checks provided for in the competition rules.
Predefined tie-breaking rules
If two entries achieve the same time, the entry recorded first takes priority. If the tie remains, the entry numbers are used to determine the ranking.
These rules make it possible to establish the ranking according to criteria defined in advance.
A dedicated verification page
Viatous provides a “Verify my entry” page where participants can view the status of their entry and the available verification information.
This page helps participants find the relevant information related to their result.
Results retained for review
Entry results are retained so that they can be checked and reviewed in the event of a complaint.
If a result, an operation or the handover of a product appears to be incorrect, the participant can contact Viatous support and provide the relevant competition, entry number and supporting information.
A review process in case of a dispute
Viatous may review a complaint, request supporting documents and, where necessary, contact the partner brand or the winner in order to assess the situation.
An ongoing dispute may suspend certain stages of the competition until a decision is made.
