A free entry for every competition
On Viatous, every competition offers a free entry with no purchase and no account creation required.
This option allows you to enter the same competition and try to win the same product under the applicable ranking criteria.
How do you access the free entry?
The free entry process is completed directly online. You provide the information requested in the form and verify your email address.
Only one free entry is allowed per person and per competition.
Controls to prevent abuse
Viatous checks the uniqueness of free entries, including through the email address provided and additional anti-abuse controls.
Using several email addresses or identities to bypass this limit is prohibited.
The same challenge format as paid entries
The free entry follows the same challenge format and the same ranking criteria as a paid entry in the same competition.
The challenge consists of three stages: tapping the displayed bubbles, tracing the requested path, and then answering a general knowledge question.
The time used to complete the course and the time needed to answer the question are added together to determine a total time.
A free entry can win the product
Only entries that complete the challenge and answer correctly within the applicable time limits are ranked.
Among them, the entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the checks provided for in the competition rules.
A free entry can therefore win the product just like a paid entry.
What the free entry does not provide
Because no payment was made, a free entry does not qualify for a refund or for the financial redistribution in credits that may apply to certain paid entries.
What happens if you win with a free entry?
If your free entry wins the competition, Viatous contacts you by email.
The team verifies your identity and age, collects the information required for product handover and assists you with the delivery or collection process.
No additional purchase is required to receive the product.
