Want to try to win a product on Viatous? Here is how your first entry works, step by step.
1. Choose a competition
Browse the current competitions and select the product that interests you. Each competition page presents information including the product, its characteristics, its stated value, the price of a paid entry and any specific conditions that apply.
Some competitions are available from €0.50 per entry.
2. Choose how you want to enter
If you are logged in, you can purchase up to three paid entries per competition, subject to availability. Each entry has its own challenge and its own result.
A free entry, with no purchase and no account creation required, is also available for each competition.
3. Complete the challenge
Each entry gives access to a challenge consisting of three stages: tapping the bubbles displayed on screen, tracing the requested path, and then answering a general knowledge question.
The time used to complete the course and the time needed to answer the question are added together to determine your total time.
4. Answer correctly within the time limit
Speed alone is not enough. To be ranked, your entry must complete the challenge and answer the question correctly within the applicable time limits.
The question corresponds to the category and difficulty level of the competition.
5. The final ranking
When the competition closes, eligible entries are ranked according to their total time. Among the correct answers, the entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the checks provided for in the competition rules.
If there is a tie, Viatous applies the predefined tie-breaking rules to determine the ranking.
What if I do not win the product?
For paid entries, part of the competition amounts may be redistributed in credits to entries that answered correctly and achieved the best times after the winning entry, under the conditions provided by Viatous.
Entries selected for this redistribution receive a total amount equivalent to twice their entry price, excluding fees, paid according to the stages set out in the rules. The number of beneficiaries depends on the ranking and the applicable competition rules.
