A paid entry can be purchased by bank card, using credits available in the Viatous wallet or, when this option is available, by combining both methods.
The total amount and any applicable fees are displayed before payment is confirmed.
A wallet with a complete transaction history
Each user has a credit wallet. It can be used to track deposits, entries, redistributions, refunds, bonuses and withdrawals.
The history of these movements can be viewed in the user's personal area, making it possible to keep track of operations carried out on the account.
Winner identity verification
Before a product is handed over, Viatous verifies the winner's identity and age. For a winner with a paid entry, this verification is carried out through Didit from their personal account.
For a winner using the free entry route, identity verification and the collection of delivery details are handled directly by the Viatous team.
A structured product handover process
Depending on the competition, the product may be delivered or collected. The partner brand organises the handover according to the method determined by Viatous.
For collection, a personal handover code is used. It should only be provided when the winner actually receives the product. Its validation confirms the handover.
Rules in case of cancellation
If a competition is cancelled under the conditions set out in its rules, the relevant paid entries are refunded in credits according to the applicable terms.
These refunds then appear in the user's wallet history.
Support in case of a problem
If a participant notices an issue concerning a result, an operation or the handover of a product, they can contact Viatous support.
Viatous may then review the situation, request supporting information and, where necessary, contact the partner brand or the winner before making a decision.
