Winning on Viatous: From Ranking to Product Handover

Winning a Viatous competition does not end with the ranking. Once the winning entry has been identified, several steps are required to verify the winner's eligibility and organise the product handover.
1. The competition closes
When the competition ends, only entries that completed the challenge and answered correctly within the applicable time limits are ranked.
The entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the checks provided for in the competition rules.
2. The winner is verified
Before the product is handed over, Viatous verifies the winner's identity and age.
For a winner with a paid entry, this verification is carried out through Didit from their personal account. For a winner using the free entry route, the process is handled directly by the Viatous team.
3. Delivery details are provided
Once identity has been verified, the information required for product handover is collected.
These details must match the actual beneficiary and remain accurate until delivery or collection is organised.
4. The partner brand organises the handover
Viatous determines the handover method applicable to the competition. The partner brand then arranges delivery of the product or organises collection.
For delivery, tracking information may be provided to the winner. For collection, a location and date are scheduled.
5. The product is handed over to the winner
For collection, a personal handover code may be used. It should only be provided when the winner actually receives the product.
After delivery or collection, receipt is confirmed so that the competition follow-up process can be completed.
The winner does not pay the remaining product value
The product is provided by the partner brand or acquired by Viatous under the agreement concluded with it.
The winner does not have to pay the remaining value of the product in order to receive it. Any specific formalities or charges are stated in the competition conditions.

From winner selection to product handover, Viatous supports the different stages in order to verify eligibility, organise delivery or collection and address any difficulties that may arise.
