On Viatous, winning the product is not the only way to receive a benefit. Some well-ranked paid entries may also qualify for a redistribution in credits.
Who can benefit from redistribution?
Redistribution applies to paid entries that answered correctly and achieved the best times after the winning entry.
It may apply to up to 10% of valid paid entries, rounded down to the nearest whole number. This is a maximum limit, not a guaranteed number of beneficiaries.
How much can be received?
Each selected entry receives a total amount equal to twice its entry price, excluding fees.
This amount is paid in two stages: the first half when the winner is designated, and the second half after final confirmation that the product has been received.
Credits added to your wallet
Credits from redistribution are added to the user's Viatous wallet.
They can be used to purchase new entries. They may also be withdrawn to an external bank account, subject to identity checks and the conditions of the payment service provider.
A ranking based on performance
Redistribution follows the same general ranking principle as the competition: only entries that answered correctly and achieved the best times may be selected.
Speed must therefore always be combined with a correct answer and successful completion of the challenge.
A rule reserved for paid entries
A free entry can win the product, but it does not qualify for financial redistribution or a refund because no payment was made.
Several entries may qualify
If the same user has several well-ranked paid entries, more than one of them may qualify for redistribution, depending on the competition rules.
