1. Everything is frozen at closing
As soon as a sale closes, the answers and times of each participation are sealed by a cryptographic fingerprint. Impossible to change them afterward without it showing.
2. The rule is public and deterministic
The winner is always the fastest correct answer, tie-broken by order of arrival. No element of chance, no human decision.
3. Anyone can verify
The calculation elements are public: anyone can recompute the winner and confirm the result. Trust rests on facts, not a promise.
