Viatous runs skill-based competitions featuring products offered with partner brands. The principle is simple: choose a competition, enter according to the available options, complete the challenge and try to achieve the best time among the correct answers.
1. Choose a competition and its product
Each Viatous competition features an identified product offered with a partner brand. The competition page presents the product, its main characteristics, its announced value, the price of a paid entry and any specific conditions that apply.
Some competitions are available from €0.50 per paid entry. A free entry, with no purchase and no account creation required, is also available for each competition.
2. Complete the skill challenge
Each entry gives access to a challenge made up of three stages: tapping the bubbles displayed on the screen, tracing the requested path, and then answering a general knowledge question.
Your performance is timed. The time taken to complete the course and the time used to answer the question are added together to determine your total time.
3. Correct answers are ranked by time
Only entries that complete the challenge and answer the question correctly within the applicable time limits are ranked. Among them, the entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the eligibility checks provided for in the competition rules.
If two entries achieve the same time, Viatous applies predefined tie-breaking rules to establish the ranking in a precise and verifiable way.
4. The winner receives the product
Once the competition has closed and the result has been verified, Viatous assists the winner with the steps required to receive the product. Depending on the competition, the partner brand then arranges delivery or collection.
The winner does not have to pay the remaining value of the product in order to receive it. Any specific formalities associated with the product are stated in the competition conditions.
Paid or free entry: the same ranking principle
The free entry follows the same challenge format and the same ranking criteria as a paid entry. It can therefore also win the product.
On Viatous, the result is based on your performance in the challenge: complete the different stages, answer correctly and achieve the best total time.
