On Viatous, the ranking does not depend on chance. To be ranked, you must complete the challenge, answer the general knowledge question correctly and achieve the best total time among eligible entries.
Be fast throughout the entire challenge
The time taken into account is not limited to how quickly you answer the question. It includes the time used to tap the bubbles, trace the requested path and then answer the general knowledge question.
The goal is therefore to be both accurate and fast throughout the entire course.
Understand the instructions before starting
Before you begin, read the instructions carefully. Once the challenge starts, the timer begins according to the countdown displayed on screen.
Understanding the course in advance can help you avoid unnecessary hesitation or mistakes during the challenge.
Choose the right conditions
Find a quiet environment and use a stable internet connection. A connection failure or unexpected closure does not guarantee that a restart will be available.
Avoid distractions as well so you can stay focused throughout each stage of the challenge.
Use your knowledge
The general knowledge question corresponds to the category and difficulty level of the competition. It may therefore help to choose competitions whose subject or theme you are familiar with.
Speed alone is not enough: only entries that answer correctly within the applicable time limits can be ranked.
Several entries, several results
A logged-in user can purchase up to three paid entries per competition, subject to availability. Each entry has its own challenge and its own result.
A free entry is also available for each competition. It follows the same challenge format and the same ranking criteria as a paid entry.
Consistency matters as much as speed
To improve your performance, focus on being smooth throughout the entire course: bubbles, tracing and the question. A strong result combines accuracy, concentration and speed.
When the ranking is established, only correct answers are retained, and the entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the checks set out in the competition rules.
