Your entry achieved the best total time among eligible correct answers: you are at the top of the ranking. Subject to the checks provided for in the competition rules, the product handover process can begin.
1. The competition result is established
After the competition closes, only entries that completed the challenge and answered correctly within the applicable time limits are ranked.
The entry with the best total time wins the product, subject to the applicable identity and eligibility checks.
2. Viatous verifies the winner's identity
Before the product is handed over, Viatous verifies the winner's identity and age.
For a winner with a paid entry, this verification is carried out through Didit from their personal account. A valid phone number is also required.
For a winner using the free entry route, verification is handled directly by the Viatous team.
3. Delivery details are provided
Once identity has been verified, the winner provides the information required to receive the product.
These details must match the actual beneficiary and remain accurate until the handover has been fully organised.
4. Delivery or collection of the product
Viatous determines the handover method applicable to the competition. The partner brand then arranges delivery or collection of the product.
For delivery, the carrier and tracking number may be provided so the winner can follow the shipment.
For collection, the partner brand schedules the location and date of the appointment.
5. The handover code for collection
When collection is required, a personal handover code may be used. It should only be provided when the product is actually handed over to the winner.
Validation of this code confirms the handover.
6. Confirmation of receipt
After delivery or collection, receipt of the product is confirmed so that the competition follow-up process can be completed.
If a difficulty arises, the winner can contact Viatous support. Receipt may also be reviewed based on the available evidence.
The winner does not pay the remaining product value
The product is provided by the partner brand or acquired by Viatous under the agreement concluded with it.
The winner does not have to pay the remaining value of the product in order to receive it. Any specific formalities or charges are stated in the competition conditions.
