Do I have to verify my identity right away?

You can start without an immediate block. Identity verification builds trust, unlocks visibility boosts and becomes mandatory before you can receive funds from a successful campaign. Refusal or non-completion blocks payment and may trigger the applicable sanctions.

What happens if my campaign advances slowly?

You can continue, reshare the campaign with your network using your referral code, request a visibility boost if you are verified and eligible, close at the level already reached with a designation among current participants, or cancel the campaign with participants refunded in credits.

How is the item handed over to the winner?

For a classic item, the seller chooses after receiving the winner's address: in-person handover with OTP if the winner is nearby, or an authorized carrier with a delivery code if distance requires it. If the item's nature requires a legal transfer, Viatous enables direct contact and document upload.

Can I track my campaign's progress?

Yes. Your seller dashboard lets you track progress, performance and key campaign milestones.

How much do I earn if my campaign succeeds?

At closure, funds are split: up to 70% for you, 10% for Viatous and 20% for redistribution. Your payment is then triggered after the winner confirms good receipt, or after moderation validates proof if the winner does not respond.

How is the winner designated?

Accepted Answer

The winner is designated by a skill-based contest: the fastest correct answer wins, never chance. At closure, the answers and times are frozen by a public cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256). Every participant can verify the result using their participation number. Viatous has no control over the designation.

Can participants enter for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes: every campaign offers a free participation route (one entry per person), which competes on equal terms. Your financing and your 70% share, however, rest solely on paid participations: free entries add to the contest without counting toward your participant target or reducing your revenue.

Question 9

How long do I have to ship the item after closure?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the handover method. For in-person or carrier delivery, you have 10 days to act after the delivery opens: schedule the meeting (date and place) or enter the carrier details and ship. For in-person, once the date is agreed, you and the winner have 7 days after that date to confirm via the OTP code on the platform. For a legal transfer, you have 85 days to upload all the required documents and mark them as complete. If you're late, reminders are sent and you can justify the delay — our team may grant an extension. Without action or justification, the campaign is automatically cancelled by our system, with participants refunded in credits.
