Yes. One free entry, with no purchase, is available per person and per competition. It follows the same challenge and ranking rules as paid entries.
Viatous selects the winner from eligible entries with a correct answer, ranked by the shortest total time. If no eligible correct answer was recorded, or if the winner cannot complete the required steps to receive the product, the competition may be cancelled under the applicable rules.
Yes. After final confirmation of handover, every non-winning paid entry receives a share of the reserve equal to 30% of the total paid-entry amount, excluding fees, together with one partner gem. The reserve is shared proportionally among the eligible entries, and the challenge answer does not determine this redistribution. The winning entry and free entries receive neither redistribution credits nor a gem.
The challenge consists of clicking bubbles, completing a tracing puzzle and answering a question. Bubbles and tracing share a 120-second limit; the question allows up to 20 seconds. Ranking uses the total time for all three stages, provided the answer is correct. Skill determines the result.
Each entry allows a maximum of two attempts. Nothing is consumed before starting. A first abandonment recorded before expiry may allow recovery. A second abandonment ends the entry. Expiry or a recorded answer, correct or incorrect, also ends the entry and does not grant another attempt.
The winner completes the requested checks and provides their details. Viatous defines the delivery method; the brand ships the product or arranges collection. At an appointment, the winner presents their code when collecting the product. Whether the winning entry was free or paid, the same verification and handover journey is followed from the winner’s account.
Contact Viatous to report the difficulty. The team reviews the situation with the brand and winner and applies the measures provided for in the rules. Reminders to the brand do not mean an automatic cancellation or refund has been triggered.
